Yes. Each Ubalitics solution has its own subscription plan and AI Credit allotment, so you only pay for what you use. You can view current pricing for every solution on the Ubalitics pricing page. Note that your AI Credits live in a single shared pool. Top up once and that balance powers AI Voice, Survey AI Voice, and any future solution. No separate accounts. No per-platform top-ups.

No. We communicate all subscription prices, AI Credit top-up rates, and custom development fees upfront, before you agree to use, renew, or commission anything. No surprises.

For subscription plans and AI Credit top-ups, refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of the purchase date and time by emailing support@ubalitics.com. Refunds for consumed AI Credits are provided as restored AI Credits, not as a return of the money paid. See our Refund Policy for details. For custom development work, refund requests must be submitted within 2 days of payment and are only accepted if development has not yet started.
